Last updated October 25, 2026. This page describes the current beta of FamilyBlox at familyblox.com and console.familyblox.com, operated by Brooklyn Tech Support LLC, Brooklyn, NY.
Account data
When you create an account we store the nickname you choose, a hashed version of the password (we cannot read it), the optional parent email, the language, and the date and IP address of registration. Please do not use real names as nicknames.
Game progress
Characters, worlds, items, trophies and settings are saved to your account on our server so they can be restored on any device, and a copy is kept in your browser's local storage. Deleting the account removes the server copy.
Connection and security data
Each time the game talks to our server we record the IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city), the device type and what part of the game is open. We use this to show who is online, to detect abuse and to block connections that repeatedly fail to sign in. Web server access logs (IP address, browser type, page and time) are kept for a limited time. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the same connection data to deliver the pages.
What we do not do
No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. No chat or messaging. No selling or sharing of data with third parties. The website pages load the Nunito font from Google Fonts; the game loads nothing else from third parties.
Children
FamilyBlox is designed for families. We ask for no real names, phone numbers or addresses. A parent or guardian can ask us to show, correct or delete an account's data at any time by writing from an adult's email address.
