The game does not load
FamilyBlox needs WebGL. Update Safari/iPadOS or use a current Chrome, Edge or Firefox. If the loading screen stays, reload the page once; the first load downloads about 3 MB.
It runs slowly
Open Settings (gear icon) and turn off High graphics. Close other tabs. On iPad, play in landscape.
Sound does not play
Browsers start audio only after a tap. Tap any button; check the Music and Sound effects switches in Settings and the device silent switch.
I forgot my password
Email reset is not ready yet. Write to support from an adult's email with the nickname and we will set a temporary password.
It says my connection is blocked
After several wrong passwords the connection is blocked for about 30 minutes to stop guessing. Wait and try again, or contact support if it keeps happening.
My character disappeared
Sign in with the same account: characters are saved to the account, not the device. If you created a new account by mistake, log out (Settings) and sign in with the original one.
I am stuck in a level
Press pause and choose Restart, or use Levels to pick another level. In Build World, pause → Restart returns you to the spawn point.
How do I get FamilyCoin?
Through codes and events only, for now. There is nothing to buy with real money in this beta.
